The audit would indicate areas in process, equipment, controls that need to be upgraded from a cost perspective to minimize waste and improve productivity.
Plant and Equipment
Examination of specific processes and equipment with a view to suggesting modifications. A “study to implementation” responsibility by CIM will ensure that fresh targets envisaged are guaranteed within a time line.
Detailed Project Report
If the modifications require external financing a DPR could be prepared. The DPR would cover all aspects of the modifications and would be a ready to implement document.
