Engineering Design Center (EDC)

Equipped with the state of art computer aided design manufacture and analysis 3D solid modelling software and related hardware
Engineers with over 15 year of experience in system and machine design for the food & beverage industry.
Expertise to design, engineer, integrate all the required field such as mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, electronics, instrumentation, control systems, automation to build generic and customized equipment that are fully automated and integrated.
Enabled to adapt and adopt current technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning and remote monitoring and control of machines & systems.

SCADA

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems collect real time data from various sensors and devices, display this data to operators, and allow them to remotely control equipment. Majority of Drinking Water plants are now using SCADA systems. The SCADA also helps to arrive at various cost estimates, productivity parameters.

IoT Products

CIM designed IoT products to manage the water plants. These IoT Products are using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools These IoT products are also getting used in managing shrimp farms.

Detection, Diagnosis and Prognosis (DDP) with early warning of machine and / or system health.
Instrumentation, Programable logic controllers (PLC), hardware & software.
Wireless transfer of data over internet / SIM cards from machine site to cloud and back to ground locations or hand held devices such as mobile phones.
