Process and Product Design
Based on the medium am long term requirement from a business perspective, suitable product and process design parameters would be arrived at. This would need to take into consideration land and utility infrastructure.
Detailed Project Report (DPR)
DPR is required for financing Institutions. The DPR would cover all aspects of the project and would be a ready to implement document.
Site Analysis
Advisory for all issues relating to the selection of a site. Besides the project engineering requirement, the analysis would examine the medium- and long-term facilities planning for growth.
Machine selection
A critical component in the DPR, CIM would advise on an optimum configuration based on the market requirements, trends and competition analysis.
Project Implementation
Full responsibility for installation and commissioning to deliver stated output and budgeted costs.
Off scope Items
CIM could take the responsibility for procurement of all brought out items (off battery limits) and integrate them.
Licenses
Procurement of all licenses relevant for the operations (BIS, Factory license, etc) would be covered in the contract.
Liaison
In case the plant needs to be approved by major branded water suppliers.
